We have endeavoured to make the operation of
this site as simple as possible to navigate.
Home page - you may select items in
one of three ways.
1. Go to
Search to type in a product code or a description
2. Select from the list of
suppliers
3. Go to the relevant department. For example camisoles
Wherever you are on this site you are able
to return to the Home Page using the link which is always at
the top of a page; or return to a department. These are
always listed to the left of a page.
When you arrive at a departmental
page, you will see a series
of images showing our range of products available in that
product category.
If you see an item you like then click on
its image. This will take you to a page showing more
information.
If you wish to make a purchase click on the
button marked basket. This will add your selection to the
shopping basket. You will have the choice to proceed to
check out; or to continue shopping.
If you have checked your order and want to
proceed you will be directed to our secure payment service
where you can complete your transaction. Once the
transaction is complete you will receive an order
confirmation delivered to your email address, stating
payment has been approved and your goods will be shortly on
their way.
Once completed you will have the opportunity
to return to the site to view and order additional products
from our comprehensive range.

Ordering:
All prices are quoted in English pounds are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
except for brochures and other exempt items. For those
purchasing from another country we do have approximate
guides only to indicate the comparative price on US dollars
or Euro. Should you qualify for a VAT rebate we are legally
obliged to declare the value of the items being sent to
countries outside of the European Community.
We accept most credit and debit cards using
WorldPay as our secure server payment collection service
provider. This is designed to offer you peace of mind
knowing that your credit card details will transmitted
safely and securely.
Your credit card statement will discreetly show a payment
to RH Trading.
If you do not wish to order over the web please print off
our order form,
to send or fax to the address shown at the bottom of the
order form. You may also pay by cheque or postal order.

Your right to
cancel an order
Under The Distance Selling
Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at
any time. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of
seven working days beginning on the day after the day on
which we receive the order. Please email or phone us
ideally with the order reference number supplied to you by
email. Refunds will be made within 30 days of your request.
Goods should firstly be sent back to Female Fantasy at the
customer's expense.
Our right to
cancel an order
Order acceptance and the completion of the
contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch
of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you
that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
You have 7 days in which to cancel an order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the
following:

The product you ordered being unavailable from
stock.

Our inability to obtain authorisation for your
payment.

The identification of a pricing or product
description error.

The order payment appears to be fraudulent.

Postage:
United Kingdom
All items are sent by first class recorded
delivery. Items valued over £30.00 are sent by
special delivery to guarantee next day delivery. All items
are insured.
Our charges are £2.00 for items under
£10.00; £3.00 for items up to the value of
£20.00; £3.50 for items up to £30.00; and
no charge for items over the value of £30.00.
Please note that most deliveries will
require a customer signature If you are not available
the delivery service will leave a card to notify you of the
attempted delivery, to enable you to collect the item from a
local depot at a time convenient to you.
International postage
We do not charge a premium to send items
abroad. Please use the rates above. To keep postage charges
low we do not insure international parcels.
You may be liable for import duties/taxes.
We will have declared the value of the item sent to Customs.

Delivery:
We endeavour to ship items out as soon as is
possible. Most items are in stock and can therefore be
despatched within 10 working days. If an item is not in
stock we will advise you accordingly. Please allow up to 28
days for these items.

"DG" 15 working days (sent earlier if in our UK warehouse)

"LA" 15 working days (all items are imported from USA)

15 working days (sent earlier if in our UK warehouse)
All orders are sent in a plain bubble wrap
envelope to maintain privacy. However we do show our address
to enable parcels to be returned if the customer does not
accept delivery or they are unknown at the recorded delivery
address.

Refund policy
We offer a 28 day no quibble guarantee
policy, if the goods are damaged; or items do not fit and
you wish to exchange them or request a refund we will be
happy to do so.
To reduce having to return
an item because it is the wrong size, we firmly advise you
to check out our size chart before determining the
size
required
Health regulations prevent
us from exchanging lingerie, as well as worn merchandise for
the safety of our customers. Lingerie items include
panties, thongs, g-strings. stockings,
tights, bras, bra sets, body stockings, men’s underwear &
bodycare products. Items must not be soiled, washed,
damaged or altered by you. This does not affect your
statutory rights
*Please remember to
wear your own lingerie underneath when trying on an
outfit, for the first time. We trust that most people
are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie
carefully, and thank all of our customers accordingly
for being so respectful.
If items returned have
obviously been used or abused we reserve the right to adjust
the amount to be refunded accordingly. We may also only give
a partial refund, or return the garments back to you.

How do you obtain your refund?
1 Contact us by email

451751 to detail the reasons for returning your item(s),
quoting your order number. We will let you know if it's
returnable (at your cost).
2 Place the item(s) in the
original (undamaged) packaging.
3 You must include the
original despatch note and include the reason for returning
your goods, ie. damaged, faulty, or the wrong size.
4 Please state which
option you require - a refund, or a replacement to
be sent out to you. We cannot provide you with a refund
unless you include the original despatch note.
5 Please send the parcel by RECORDED DELIVERY (or registered
if the value of the goods are over £30) to:

Guildford. GU1 2AG, United Kingdom.
This address is also printed on the despatch note sent with
your delivered goods.
6 Refunds will only be
made against the same credit/debit card used to make the
purchase
Notes:
All returns are at the
discretion of the company.
Shipping charges are non
refundable.
Please keep all packaging
if you find damaged items, we may require the packaging for
compensation claims with our carrier.
** MOST IMPORTANT. If
you are returning goods from outside Europe – please ensure
your package is clearly marked RETURNS. Also ensure that all
correct customs documents are completed & included. If you
do not do this, there may be duties levied on the goods and
we cannot accept delivery.
We cannot be held
responsible for items returned to us, but lost in transit.
We reserve the right to
reject any return if we consider the complaint to be
unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own
making.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RUBBER
ITEMS: Some of the rubber items in the catalogue are made
with a thin latex design and could be easily torn if handled
roughly. Please take care when handling these items.
Generally returns are
processed within 1-2 weeks after being received. If for
some reason we cannot send a new item we will offer you a
refund or alternative item (of the same/similar value). We
will advise you by e-mail of an expected date for the
delivery of replacement goods.
